So does losing .6 of a pound count??? ;) The large chocolate malts I had this weekend probably were not good but hey whatever. Also, I only got in one good workout all week with how crappy I was feeling. Today I ended up shopping with my mom and then with a headache instead of working out. Whoops.
I did lay out a good plan for workouts this week and I'm excited for them. I have learned that no matter how excited I can make myself to workout in the morning? I just can't get up. If only work started an hour or so later. ;)
I really just feel so blah that I can't work up much of a McFatty post.
However, I did want to post a day of eating in the life of me.. so here is today's eats ..
Breakfast: 7:00 Kashi Go Lean Cereal with banana and milk, glass of water
Snack : 10;00 4 Peanut Butter Crackers
Lunch: 11:20 Smart Ones Ravioli and a large handful of grapes, 2 glasses of water, 3 chocolate kisses
Sipping on Green Tea after lunch
Snack :3:30 Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar
Dinner: Vegetable Stirfry, apple with peanut butter, glass of water
Dessert: 2 cookies, a dark chocolate piece
I apparently have really wanted some sweets today. Which is weird, I go through phases. But this is a ridiculous amount of sweet stuff for me.
Does anyone else do workouts via On Demand? I found some workouts through Mad Rag that I am going to try out this week. Some dancing , kickboxing.. looks interesting and a good way to mix things up! How is everyone else doing?
