January Goals

I'm not very good at setting any type of goal and following through.  Needless to say, I do not set full year resolutions and expect that I will complete them.  However, I do like to set monthly or short term goals.  I am starting off January 2020 with a few of them.

1.  Increase my water consumption.  I am going to aim for 186 glasses of water in January.  This breaks into 6 glasses a day or so.  I decided instead of doing daily I would go for the 186 for the total month.  We will see how this goes.  I made a checklist to keep myself accountable.



2. Meal plan a month out.



3. Make and follow a daily cleaning schedule for the year.



So far, I have been doing well.  I made my meal plan and I made the cleaning schedule.  Now I just need to put it in action every day!

My reading goal is 60 books for the year so I am aiming to read at least 5 books this month to stay on track.
