The Last 8 Days...

Monday 8/24- Walk 3.45 miles
Tuesday 8/25 - Walk 3.4 miles
Wednesday 8/26 - Bike ride 2.33 miles
Thursday 8/27 - Walk 3.45 miles
Friday 8/28 - Off
Saturday - Walk - 2.34 miles
Sunday - Off
Monday - Walk 3 miles

Pretty darn consistent. Now let's hope I can maintain this amount of activity this fall. And tackle the eating habits... :)

Well done, you! It takes something like 21 days to form a habit, so before you know, it'll no longer be a question of 'am i going to work out today?' instead it will be 'what am I going to do to - walk? run? bike? etc'

Good for you! I agree with Lisa, I heard about that 21 day thing :P But if you enjoy it, that should take half the work off :)

Oh Kudos to you! I plan to start waling during my dinner hours at work. Even 15 minutes should make a difference and then build up to more.
