The Last 15 by Joey Schulman. Basically it's healthy eating, but with protein at every meal. So I have a smoothie every morning for breadfast with protein powder, ground flax and a cup of berries ( raspberries have fiber) lots of veggies for lunch with protein and same again for supper.
